Booked & Bewitched is now accepting applications for performers and vendors to help bring Persephone’s Grove: A Midwinter Fantasy Ball to life on January 30–31, 2026, in Lincolnton, NC.

This is not just an event—it’s an immersive story. And we’re building a cast of talented individuals to enchant, entertain, and elevate the experience for every guest who steps into our world.

Actors & Cosplayers

Play a god, goddess, muse, oracle—or surprise us with your own mythic vision. Actors will interact with guests during the event and participate in a live “Side Quest” experience to help tell the evening’s story. Costumes must be self-provided and approved in advance. Compensation is negotiable for those involved in pre-event content or promotions.

Dancers

We’re seeking both lead and supporting dancers to participate in partner and group dances during the ball. All choreography will be provided in advance, and you'll receive a complimentary ticket to the event. Performance honorariums are negotiable.

Artisan Vendors

We’re curating a one-of-a-kind Vendor Village featuring artists, authors, and creators whose work fits the aesthetic of fantasy, mythology, romance, and magic. Vendor fees are waived for those contributing to our VIP swag bags.

Please note: space is extremely limited, and we’re prioritizing vendors who align closely with the event’s theme and are open to collaborative promotion.
