The experience begins on Friday evening with an exclusive VIP gathering at the Crowe Mansion, where honored guests will enjoy an elegant seated dinner, enchanting entertainment, and early access to the magic that awaits. Then, on Saturday night, the Grove comes alive in full bloom for the main event—a spellbinding fantasy ball filled with music, dancing, themed cocktails, and immersive surprises. With its sweeping grand staircase, scenic terrace, and newly built pavilion ballroom, the estate feels as if it were plucked from the pages of a dark fairytale. Chosen for the elevated experience it provides, the Crowe Mansion invites guests to step into another world—one where fantasy, romance, and whimsy take center stage.

Once Upon a Photo invites you to capture the magic of Persephone’s Grove in an immersive fantasy photoshoot designed exclusively for our guests. Whether you arrive as a goddess, warrior, or fae, you’ll leave with portraits that feel pulled from myth and moonlight. Photoshoots are available by appointment for ticket holders only. Spaces are limited!
Chartered Transportation to Uptown
Enjoy the night to the fullest—safely and in style. Guests have the option to add round-trip chartered transportation to Uptown Charlotte before and after the event. Sip, celebrate, and immerse yourself in the magic without the stress of driving. This add-on also gives you easy access to any post-ball festivities happening in Uptown.
